That address reaches the maintainer directly. Expect a reply within a couple of days; expect longer if you write at a weekend.
Reporting something broken
Bug reports are genuinely useful, and specific ones get fixed much faster. If you can, include:
- The channel URL or the text you pasted in
- Which step failed — research, ideas, script, or posts
- What you expected and what happened instead
- Roughly when it happened, so it can be found in the logs
If a generation failed and credits were taken, say so. Credits deducted for a run that did not produce anything get returned.
Billing and account questions
Anything involving your account, credit balance, or a charge you do not recognise goes to the same address. Write from the email address on the account where you can — it makes confirming ownership quick.
Your data
Requests to export or delete your data go to the same place, and are covered in the privacy policy. Deletion requests are honoured; they are not a negotiation.
What this address is not
It is not a channel review service, and it cannot tell you why one of your videos underperformed. Cutline analyses public channel data — if you want that done for your own channel, the tool does it better than an email exchange would.
