Who we are

Cutline is run by Daya, India. Contact: daya@cutlinehq.com.

What we collect

When you visit and buy: IP address, approximate location (country and city), browser and device details, and a device identifier calculated from your browser settings (a device fingerprint).

When you pay: your name, email and PayPal payer ID as sent by PayPal. We never see your card or bank details.

After purchase: your onboarding answers, and when you open program pages and join the call.

Why we collect it

To deliver the program, to prevent fraud, and to keep proof of purchase, consent and delivery that we may submit to PayPal or your bank if a payment is disputed. This is our legitimate interest and is needed to perform the contract with you.

Email list

If you join the email list, we store your email, where on the site you signed up, a browser id and a rough location. We use it only to email you free niche research and news about Cutline, such as when seats open.

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe we stop emailing you and keep your address only to remember that choice. Signing up again does not undo it; email us if you want back in.

Sharing

We share data only with services that run this site (Vercel hosting, Neon database, PayPal, and the video call service) and, in a payment dispute, with PayPal or the card issuer. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Purchase and dispute records: up to 2 years after purchase (disputes can be opened up to 180 days later, and tax records need longer). Visitor data from people who did not buy: up to 90 days.

Your rights

Email daya@cutlinehq.com to see, correct or delete your data. We may keep purchase records we are required to keep by law or need for an open dispute.
