These terms govern your use of Cutline (“the service”), operated by Dayanand Kumar (“we”, “us”) — an individual based in India, not a company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
1. What the service does
Cutline analyses publicly available YouTube channel data, identifies videos that outperformed that channel’s own baseline, and generates original content ideas, scripts and social posts from the patterns it finds. Output is produced by automated systems, including third-party AI models.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
- One account per person. Creating additional accounts to obtain more free credits is a breach of these terms.
3. Credits
The service runs on credits. Each action costs a stated number of credits, shown before you commit to it.
- New accounts receive 100 credits once, at signup. This is a one-time trial allowance. It does not renew, refresh or reset.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- If a generation fails and produces no usable output, the credits charged for it are returned to your balance. This is automatic, and you can also ask us to check.
- Where paid plans are offered, renewal resets your balance to that plan’s allowance rather than adding to it. Unused credits do not carry over.
- We may change credit costs. Changes apply to future actions, never retroactively.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or to produce content that is unlawful.
- Resell, sublicense or offer the service itself as your own product, or use it to build a competing service.
- Access it by automated means, scrape it, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit charges or access controls.
- Attempt to extract prompts, models or underlying implementation, or interfere with the service’s operation.
- Use it to impersonate a person or organisation, or to produce deliberately misleading content presented as fact.
5. Content and ownership
What you make is yours. Scripts, ideas and posts generated for you are yours to use, publish and monetise, with no attribution required.
What we own stays ours. The service — its software, interface, prompts and design — remains our property. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.
Third-party material. Channel names, video titles, thumbnails and statistics belong to their respective owners and are used here as publicly available factual information. Cutline generates original content from observed patterns; it does not reproduce anyone’s video, script or transcript. What you do with the output is your responsibility, including making sure it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
Analyses become public pages. Running a channel analysis creates a publicly accessible report page containing public YouTube data and our analysis of it, as described in the privacy policy.
6. AI output comes with no guarantee
Output is generated by automated models and can be wrong, outdated or misleading. Scores and predictions are estimates, not forecasts — a high score is not a promise of performance, and no part of the service guarantees views, growth or revenue. Check anything factual before you publish it. You are responsible for what you put your name to.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable for maintenance, third-party outages, or reasons outside our control, and features may change or be withdrawn. We depend on external services — including YouTube and AI providers — whose limits and outages can affect what we can deliver.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used to abuse the service. Where a suspension is our error, we will restore the account and any credits affected.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost audience or lost opportunity arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be announced in the product. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jamui, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
