You can get a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, as long as your 1:1 session has not happened yet. Email daya@cutlinehq.com from the email you paid with.

After that

After 7 days, or once your 1:1 session has taken place, the purchase is non-refundable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
