The agreement, in plain words.
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms cover the done-for-you video service described on this page (“the service”), run by Dayanand Kumar (“we”, “us”), an individual based in India, not a company. By placing an order and approving an outline, you agree to them.
1. What you get
One finished video for each video you order, ready to upload, in the format agreed in the brief (a documentary, a cash cow video, an AI video, an explainer or similar): research and script, narration, music and sound design, visuals, the edit, and three thumbnail concepts. A standard order covers a video of up to 10 minutes. Longer videos are quoted separately before any work starts.
2. How an order runs
- Day 1. You place the order with the topic, a reference video and your channel style. We send back an outline of the video and the opening of the script.
- Day 2. You approve the outline, or ask for changes. Nothing is produced before you approve it. Once the invoice is paid we write the full script to that outline and start production.
- Day 3. You review the cut and give one round of notes on pacing, visuals and narration.
- Day 4. You receive the final video and the thumbnail concepts.
The four days assume you reply the same day. If an approval or a round of notes takes longer, the delivery date moves by the same amount. When you order several videos, the first follows this four-day run and the rest are delivered on a schedule we agree with you before production starts. One round of notes on the cut is included. Changes to the outline after you have approved it, or further rounds of notes, are extra work and are quoted before we do them.
3. Price and payment
The price per video is the one shown on the service page on the day you order, for the number of videos in that order, or the quote we send you for a longer video. The founding rate applies to the first 10 channels and is offered in exchange for honest feedback. A testimonial is welcome if you think the work earned it, and is never a condition of the price.
You pay nothing until you have approved the outline. Each video is then invoiced on its own: payment for a video is due in full when you approve its outline, and its script and production start once the payment has arrived. In an order of several videos you can stop after any video and owe nothing for the ones not yet approved. Prices are in US dollars. Any bank or payment-provider fees and any taxes you owe where you live are yours.
4. Cancelling, and no refunds
- Before you approve the outline you have paid nothing, and you can walk away owing nothing.
- Once you have paid, the payment is final. We do not offer refunds.
- If something in the delivered video is wrong, tell us and we will fix it in the video.
5. Who owns the video
You do. Once the video is delivered and paid for, all rights in the finished video, the script and the thumbnail concepts are yours to publish and monetise, with no credit to us required. We keep no right to reuse your video.
We will not name your channel, or show your video as a sample of our work, unless you say we may.
6. Footage, music and tools
Videos are built from material we are allowed to use for you: licensed stock, public-domain and archival material, and visuals we make ourselves. Production may use software tools, including AI tools, for parts of the work such as narration, imagery or editing. In an AI video, most of the visuals and the narration are AI-generated. Some licensed stock and music is licensed for use inside your video and cannot be pulled out and reused on its own.
7. What you are responsible for
- You must be at least 18 and entitled to order for the channel you name.
- Anything you send us to use, such as footage, images or a logo, must be yours to use.
- You decide what to publish. Check the final video before you upload it.
- We may decline a topic that is unlawful, defamatory, or built to mislead viewers.
8. No promise of results
We make the video to the brief and the outline you approved. We do not promise views, watch time, subscribers, revenue or monetisation, and we cannot control how a platform treats a video, including claims or restrictions it applies. Scripts are researched and fact-checked with care, and mistakes are still possible; tell us about one and we will fix it in the video.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue, lost audience or lost opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim is about. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in force when you approved your outline is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Jamui, Bihar.
