What we know about you, and why.

This policy covers the done-for-you video service described on this page, run by Dayanand Kumar, an individual based in India. It is short because the service collects very little.

1. What we collect

• What you put in the order form. Your name, email address, how many videos you want, channel name or link, the topic, the kind of video, a reference video if you give one, and your notes. This is saved in our database when you press send.
• What you email us. Anything you write to us, including your notes on the outline and the cut.
• Files you send. Any footage, images or logos you give us to use in your video.
• Payment records. The amount, the date and who paid. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider named on your invoice and never reach us.

There is no account to create. We do not record your IP address with an order, and the form asks for nothing it does not need to make the video.

2. What we use it for

• To write, produce and deliver your video, and to reply to you.
• To take payment and keep the records the law requires.
• To ask for your feedback once, after delivery.

We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing email.

3. Who else sees it

• The production team. The people who write, narrate and edit your video see the brief and your notes, and nothing more than they need.
• Service providers. Our database and website hosts, our email provider, the payment provider, and the file storage and production tools used to make and deliver the video.
• Authorities. Only where the law requires it.

We do not name your channel or show your video as a sample of our work unless you say we may.

4. AI and production tools

Parts of a video, such as narration, imagery or editing, may be made with AI tools, and an AI video is made mostly with them. To do that, the brief, the script and any files you send for the video may be processed by those tools. We send them only what the video needs, and never your payment details.

If you send footage or images of real people, make sure you are allowed to use them. Tell us if anything you send must not be put through an AI tool, and we will keep it out.

5. Where it is processed

We are based in India, and the providers above may store or process information in other countries. By ordering, you accept that your information may be handled outside the country you live in.

6. Cookies

The service page sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Other pages on this website (the live workshop) set their own cookies to record workshop purchases, as their own privacy policy explains.

7. How long we keep it

Working files for your video are kept for 90 days after delivery, in case you need a fix or a re-export, then deleted. Orders, emails and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Ask sooner and we will delete what the law lets us.

8. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to srdaya.offical@gmail.com from the address you ordered with.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top.
